Balsporran is located on the Perthshire / Inverness-shire border, four miles south of Dalwhinnie just 200 yards from the Sustran Cycle Route (no 7), perfectly placed for cyclists.

We are approximately 2 hours north of Edinburgh, 2 hours north east of Glasgow, and 1 hour south of Inverness. You'll be within 30 minutes of many area attractions.

Heading north: Turn left off the A9 approx ¾ mile after lay-by number 83.

Heading south: turn right approx 1 mile after lay-by number 85.

DO NOT use a sat nav.  It will take you to Dalwhinnie village 4 miles away as we share the same postcode.

Inverness airport is just an hour away, Glasgow or Edinburgh airports are both around 2 hours away.

By Sea

We are approximately two hours from the Rosyth ferry terminal
